  Il y a un un cannibale malin, du genre genoux en dedans.
  

  Now there are major problems to be feared.
  A présent, on peut craindre de gros problèmes (= il y a de gros problèmes à craindre).

• Ago à adverbe (mesure de temps) + PRETERIT

  Two hours ago the Canny Cannibal had a very nice meal.
  Il y a deux heures, le cannibale malin a fait un très bon repas.

  Ten minutes ago, the Canny Cannibal had to take some bicarbonate of soda.
  Il y a dix minutes, le Cannibale malin a dû prendre du bicarbonate de soude.
